Microsoft appears to still be working on true 3D emoji for Windows after first teasing it last year and then only shipping 2D versions in Windows 11. I could comfortably use a couple of different windows and apps without having to zoom in or out and stack up dozens of Chrome and Edge tabs without getting too cramped.
