Her Windows Explorer has a link to the root of the Server share so she can get to the pictures, the videos, the TV shows, and so on. I ended up simply saving this into her Windows Credential Storage (details below). Launch the Credential Manager , and select the Windows Credentials button. Worked like a charm.
