What they found is that in companies that have less than $50M in revenue, 47% of their CIOs report to the company’s CFO. In firms that have $1B or more in revenue, 46% of CIOs report to the CFO.

I have long used highly visual presentations to accompany my keynotes, often including numerous videos without sound as well an array of full screen images. 'I guess I’m a glutton for punishment, because after successfully compiling libvirt 0.10.1 on CentOS 6.3 , I came back to try it again on Ubuntu (my first attempt was not successful). Here is the process I followed to get libvirt 0.10.1 compiled and running on Ubuntu 12.04. I started with a clean install of Ubuntu 12.04, then installed KVM and Open vSwitch per these instructions.

To be frank, I think ROI calculations for social initiatives are in most cases a waste of time, because so many of the benefits and costs are unknowable before the initiative. 'I was at Salesforce’s Dreamforce conference yesterday with 95,000 of my closest friends. Seriously, that’s how many people registered for this event. It’s an impressive display of organizational prowess and the Salesforce team puts on a great show. The keynote yesterday morning featured lots of slick videos and loud music.
